Your Google connection, explained.
Connecting Google is optional. In your Roger WhatsApp conversation, ask for an email, calendar or contact task. Open the connection link and choose your Google account. Google asks you to authorize your account identity, Gmail read/modify/send, calendar events and availability, and read-only contacts.
Roger can find and summarize emails, archive messages, mark them read or unread, star them, and prepare email drafts. It can check your calendar and availability, prepare events and look up contacts. Sending an email or creating an event requires approval of the preview. The current tools do not permanently delete mail or edit contacts.
Relevant Google data is processed by our service providers only to deliver these requested features. We do not use Google data to train generalized AI models.
